The crew travel department is in charge of organizing staff travels: from booking flights and hotels to arranging car rental at the best price. Constantly in contact with the crew, the department has to ensure that crew members are given all the information necessary for their travel.
As a reservation agent you will be in charge of the following tasks :
– Book flights and hotels
– Arrange for car rentals
– Provide the crew with travel information
– Book and plan the pilots and flight attendants’ training sessions
– Provide day-to-day administrative support
The ideal candidate should have excellent communications skills, be able to work under pressure and be dynamic. The candidate should be fluent in English (written and spoken) and have a very good knowledge of SABRE or AMADEUS.
