Global Jet Luxembourg is currently looking for a Training coordinator to support the department in its diverse missions

– Previous experience in the aviation industry preferred
– Previous rostering or resource management experience
– Strong computer skills
– Fluent in English
– Good knowledge in French would be appreciated
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to make quick decisions while working in a high pressure environment
– Action oriented, self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently
– Highly varied environment
– Ability to cope with short notice changes

Type Full time Experience Middle (3 - 5 years)

Tasks & Missions

– Work in a team of training coordinators and interacting with other departments within the company
– Schedule of crew training events (including new hires, upgrades and recurrents) and company personnel
– Coordinate schedule with training centers worlwide
– Managing personnel records
– Ensure that scheduling and rostering processes are in compliance with all regulations
