Global Jet Luxembourg is currently looking for a Human Resources Assistant to support the department in its various missions

Type Full time Experience Junior (0 - 2 years)

Tasks & Missions

In this role you will be in charge of the following tasks:

– Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
– Maintain digital and electronic records of employees
– Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts
– Maintain calendars of the HR management team
– Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
– Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices

Personal Skills

The ideal candidate must have excellent knowledge of Office software package. Considering the international dimension of the company, fluency in both French and English is mandatory, all other language will be an asset. We would value someone who is keen to learn, willing to improve and enjoy working in a fast-paced international environment.
