Global Jet Luxembourg is currently looking for a Human Resources Assistant to provide an efficient administrative support to the HR department.
As a HR Assistant you will be the first point of contact to the employees regarding any HR related queries. In charge of carrying out the new starter and leaver processes, you will follow and update individual personnel files as well as keeping up to date HR systems.
Drafting letters and documents as well as providing assistance in Payroll administration will be an essential part of the role.
The ideal candidate must have excellent knowledge of Office software package. Considering the international dimension of the company, fluency in both French and English is mandatory. Knowledge of German will be considered as an asset. More than experience, we would value someone who is keen to learn, willing to improve and enjoy working in a fast-paced international environment.
